Leading SAFe® (EN)

Description

Leading SAFe 6.0 provides an updated introduction to the foundations of SAFe and equips you with the principles and practices necessary to drive your Lean-Agile transformation with confidence. The course also includes guidance and tools to lead effectively in remote and distributed team environments, reflecting the changing needs of modern business. With Leading SAFe 6.0, you will be equipped to lead your organization to continuous value delivery and business success through the implementation of SAFe principles and practices.

During this two-day course, attendees will gain the knowledge necessary to lead a Lean-Agile enterprise by leveraging the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®), and its underlying principles derived from Lean, systems thinking, Agile development, product development flow, and DevOps. They will also learn and practice the skills for supporting and executing PI Planning events, and coordinating multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs).

Prerequisites

• At least 5+ years of experience in software development, testing, business analysis, product, or project management
• Prior working experience in Scrum
