2-5691 – Using Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) to Plan and Execute Projects

This four-day course is designed to familiarize you with the Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) application and how it can be used to organize and run your strategic projects. Hands-on lab exercises provide you with the opportunity to explore and apply the Project Management
tools and best practices for managing a project’s schedules, resource demands and capacity, estimated and actual costs, and its overall health.
The course consists of approximately 50% lecture and 50% hands-on lab exercises. The hands-on lab exercises use version 24.3 of the software. This course is designed for users who are new to PPM and are chartered to configure the software for the organization.
